Blackberry Playbook, Tablet Latest from Research In Motion (RIM), Canada

Research In Motion (RIM) is a Canadian manufacturer seems serious to participate in land tablet device. Vendors who had just released the BlackBerry smartphone Torch was officially announced its new device called the BlackBerry Playbook. The tablet is called BlackPad previously rumored.

This was disclosed by Mike Lazaridis, President & Co-CEO of Research In Motion officially on mat General Session BlackBerry Developer Conference 2010 held at Moscone West, San Francisco today.

For specifications of the BlackBerry Playbook is likely to use a 7 inch screen and also have HDMI and USB ports. Then the BlackBerry Playbook will also be equipped with two cameras with full High Definition resolution. One camera is on the front and one in the back of this tablet. Processors that will be used in tablet BlackBerry Playbook is a 1 GHz Dual Core processor with 1 GB of RAM. As for the operating system, BlackBerry Playbook using QNX from QNX firm that some time ago has been acquired by RIM.
